The duo Rafael Beck & Felipe Montanaro represents a new and vibrant generation of Brazilian instrumental music. United by a passion for great masters such as Hermeto Pascoal and Egberto Gismonti, the São Paulo-based musicians captivate audiences with sophisticated arrangements, refined technique, and a distinctive original sound. Despite their young age, they already have solid careers and experiences with renowned names in Brazilian music, as well as training at prestigious institutions such as EMESP, Faculdade Souza Lima, and the Juilliard School.

With two albums released by the label Biscoito Fino, Fantasia Brasil 1 and 2, the duo presents a repertoire of original works as well as compositions by major figures in Brazilian music, including Tom Jobim, Djavan, Hermeto Pascoal, Jacob do Bandolim, Guilherme Arantes, and Ivan Lins.
